I've always hated teddy bears, so I chose a "cute" one from google. I Photoshopped the knife with the clone-stamp tool, and then added the blood splatters with various paintbrush settings. I also used liquify to make the eyes appear to be frowning, and applied lighting effects.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
